iShop Ordering Process
All orders are processed on a daily basis.
Step 1 - Selecting Items
On the left hand side you will see a menu showing the various merchandise categories available. Click on the appropriate category and a screen will display showing pictures of all the available items in that category. Click on the item you wish to buy and a further screen will display providing additional information. Select your size (if relevant) and enter the quantity that you wish to buy. Click on the buy button and the contents of your shopping cart will display. To continue shopping, repeat this process.
Step 2 - Checkout
You can either click on the checkout button at the bottom of your shopping cart screen or click on the trolley icon at the top of the screen and then checkout. The Billing Address screen will display. You must enter your full name, address and contact details. This is the address that your order will be sent to. It is important that you complete the contact details fields in case we need to contact you to discuss your order. If you have any special requests or comments, please enter them in the Comments area.
Your order along with your tax invoice will be delivered to your address.
Step 3 - Payment
Click on the Next button on the Billing address screen and the Billing and Shipping Address Confirmation screen will display. Select the Credit Card payment method and then enter your credit card details. Please note your credit card details are NOT saved or recorded.
Step 4 - Confirmation
Click on the Pay Now button and a confirmation screen will display. An email will be sent to your email address detailing your confirmed order.
